Cancellation Policy
If your student is unable to attend their session, please contact the office at least 48 hours in advance. We will make every effort to find another available time, but alternative session options will depend upon tutors’ availability.
For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, we encourage your student to attend Drop-In (offered Monday-Thursday from 8-9pm during the school year).
